16 July – 8 August master Gao Tieniao will be in Stockholm. This time there will not be any scheduled classes in the conventional western way. It will be more like when we practice in Shanghai. That means we practice every day and everyone focus on what they want or need. Master Gao help you on your chosen path, give corrections and teach you something new when needed to deepen your understanding.

Baguazhang, xinyi liuhe, xingyi, taijiquan, wudang taijiquan, liehe bafa, wudang qigong and standing meditation are a few examples of what is possible to practice.

Old and new acquaintances are all welcome!

If anyone would like to have special group classes for focusing on a special topic such as tui shou (push hands) or anything else that is of course possible to arrange.

9-11 July master Gao Tieniao will have classes in Århus. He will teach taiji shan (taiji fan) and wudang qigong. It is a unique opportunity to learn a beautiful yet powerful taiji weapon form as well as an all-rounded qigong. Everyone is welcome to join.

Taiji shan classes will be from 9-12
Wudang Qigong classes will be from 18-20.30

1-7 July master Gao Tieniao will have classes in Malmö. He will primarily teach xinyi liuhe, baguazhang and taiji shan (taiji fan). It is a unique opportunity to learn more about Chinese traditional martial arts! All levels of practitioners, from beginners, to intermediate, to advanced will benefit from joining.

We are very happy to announce that master Gao will be in Sweden and Denmark this summer. He will come to Malmö (1/7-7/7), Århus (9/7-14/7) and Stockholm (16/7-8/8).
