Bagua seminar 1 september

Master Gao Tieniao will hold a seminar in Baguazhang on saturday the 1st of September. The seminar will concentrate on bagua stepping, tang ni bu (”mud-stepping”), laobazhang (old eight palms) and some applications. The seminar are for all levels, from beginner, to intermediate, to advanced. The seminar will take place between 13.00-19.00.

The price for one day is 600 SEK.

Extra seminar in Xing Yi Quan 2 September

Sunday 2 September Gao TieNiao will hold an extra one day seminar in Xing Yi Quan. The seminar will concentrate on the five elements (Wu Xing), San Ti Shi, applications and 2 person practicing. The seminar are for all levels, from beginner, to intermediate, to advanced. The seminar will take place between 13.00-19.00.

The price for one day is 600 SEK.

Xing Yi Seminar 2007

Xin Yi Liu He Seminar 25-26 August

Master Gao Tie-Niao will hold a seminar in Xinyi Liuhe Quan on the 25th and 26th of August in Stockholm. Practicing Xinyi helps to strengthen lower body stances and improve fa li (the skill of issuing force). It is also a highly interesting art with a rich array of applications. The seminar will take place between 13.00-19.00 both Saturday and Sunday. The price for both days are 950 SEK.

The focus of the seminar will be the three old basic fists or exercises. Application practice such as da pi, using the waist to deliver force downwards, she zhu dong (snake out of cave), using the waist to deliver straight penetrating force, dan ba (single grab), using the palm to deliver force vertically upwards, hu deng shan (”tiger leaping force”), practice using the force from the legs, hu pu (tiger pouncing), practicing palms pouncing downwards, hu bai wei (tiger waving it’s tail), using horisontal power from waist.

There will also be weekday classes available in Xin Yi Liu He.
